In other news, there is a new Apple "iPad". It's super great right?
It's like a very large iPod Touch.

But isn't it supposed to be like a touch screen laptop?
I looked over the technical specifications of the iPad, and it doesn't even have any USB ports. Only ports that will connect from the iPad to your computer.It doesn't even have any of Apples' famous Firewire ports.

Is that saying it is superior to the iPod Touch or iPhone? Just because it's bigger so you get a better resolution on safari?

And there are only a few new, unnecessary features with the iPad.
But, it could be more cost effective, assuming you'll keep either the iPhone or iPad for a year or two.
You could buy the iPhone 3GS for $199 and pay the AT@T Plan, which I believe is $30 a month. (?)
Or, you could get the iPad for $499 and not pay for an AT@T plan. But that means you can't get on the internet unless you're near a Wifi Hotspot.

Getting the iPod Touch may be more worth it, because either way you're getting internet only near wifi, and paying a couple hundred dollars less, AND you're getting an identical product.
